We had a great experience with Bay 101! Mauricio specifically was very transparent about what potential unexpected costs could be, the timeline related to the roofing job, and was even able to move us up when an opening was available. The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. Mauricio realized we overpaid, and called us to return the difference which was very honest.
